We can deliver direction and guidance these ways:

1) Develop an evaluation spreadsheet comparing and weighting features important to your team across the alternatives identified in our prior work.

2) Demonstrate the products and discuss pros and cons of user experience, integration, deployment, etc. for each.

3) Coordinate implementation factors around the tools alternatives with your IT department.

4) Coach management in fostering the creation of the team roles that best practices indicate are required for effective use of tools. Also in identifying metrics for monitoring utilization and gauging return the organization is receiving.
